The price of beauty

A few days ago, while on the bus I caught a glimpse of some words on the back on a man's shirt. It said 'I'm fat but happy'. He wasn't fat, just big sized. But I started to think, is being fat = being happy?

Firstly, ladies with a slender body (like the size 4 below) spend thousands of dollars on slimming products and gym fees just to sweat out all those pounds around the waist. They think after this workout, it will change them like this :

To be honest, maybe it does. But is all that time and money worth it? I mean, yeah okay you're thinner than others and every guy looks at you when you walks past them. But you know, they're not interested in you. They're interested in your body only. Plus, this issue has been plaguing plump women, who seem to think that life's over once you're fat just because no guy will look at you.
Attention ladies~! Having a plump body doesn't mean you're worthless and ugly. It just means that you need to slowly trim off that excess weight. And I said slowly, not rush to the gym and work yourself mad over that treadmill. You will only burn yourself out and you will just end up eating pounds of food to get back that energy. And that's how you gain all those excess fat.

So, just enjoy your life and don't worry so much about your body weight. Life is short, so don't bother wasting your time on such petty stuff. Use more time on making the most out of your life, regardless if you're pencil thin or bubbly plump.
